This will be achieved through capacity building of female undergraduates in mobile apps development relevant to their business interest, develop entrepreneurial and business management skill; and nurture start ups on an annual basis.

The school has five core components namely:
(i) Instructor-led, performance-based mobile apps development skill acquisition;
(ii) Entrepreneurial and business plan development;
(iii) Role modelling and life coach/mentorship program;
(iv) Product development; and
(v) Start-ups.

The academy will run as a software development apprenticeship with role-models and industrial leaders in mobile programming coming to challenge the participants.

The academy primary focus is to train participants in the art and science of mobile apps programming.
